All prices are quoted in the local currency and exclude delivery unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material costs or other factors beyond our control.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order confirmation. For custom items, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work commences.
Some products are marked "Price on Enquiry". These items require a custom quote based on your specific requirements.
For custom-made products, including dining tables, furniture, and timber cut to size:
Delivery services and costs will be confirmed at the time of quotation. We aim to deliver within agreed timeframes but do not guarantee delivery dates.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However:
Timber and wooden products are natural materials. Sizes, weights, and descriptions are approximate. Natural variations in colour, grain, texture, and other characteristics are inherent and do not constitute defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
